A Very Sweet Announcement! Plus Some Important Updates About Rose Nutrition & Wellness
Oct 28, 2025
Slowing down, making space, and practicing what I preach
There have been so many exciting changes happening behind the scenes lately — for both my family and my business — and I wanted to share a few important updates about what’s ahead for Rose Nutrition & Wellness!
This past year has been full of growth, both personally and professionally. I started this business, we sold our first home, we’ve moved (three times in five months — woof!), lived in an RV for a few months, traveled a bunch, navigated big transitions in my husband’s career, juggled the busy rhythms of motherhood with two little ones… and now, we’re adding one more sweet change to the mix —
β¨ We’re expecting baby #3 this spring! β¨

This pregnancy has been such a reminder to slow down and listen to my body...exactly what I encourage my clients to do every single day. As our family continues to grow, it’s become clear that my practice needs to stay congruent with the energy and capacity I have for this space.
As of now, my schedule is filling up and will remain limited through January 2026. Starting then, new client applications will be placed on a waitlist until additional spots open up later in the year.
I will remain completely accessible to all current clients and those enrolled in active packages — you’ll continue to receive full support and care every step of the way. Nothing about that is changing!
I’m simply creating space to honor this next chapter…to slow down a bit, prepare for birth and postpartum, and live out the same balance and boundaries I help my clients create in their own lives.

When I tell my clients that it’s okay to rest, to listen when their body says slow down, or to lean into family time — I mean it. And I want to model that myself.
This pregnancy and baby are so deeply wanted and loved. I want to treasure every kick, every quiet moment, and this fleeting season with my two- and four-year-olds while we all prepare for the changes ahead.
Our family is also navigating another local move and my husband’s career transition, which means a lot of solo parenting lately! It would be a disservice to myself, my family, and my clients to take on more than I should right now.
I want my children to see a mom who is caring, present, and fulfilled; one who knows when to pause, when to ask for help, and how to care for herself while she’s caring for everyone else.
As my naturopathic doctor (who has played such a huge role in my own health journey and inspired so much of my work — Dr. Cayley Chirumbolo) has shared a few times with me and others on her page: “Take care of yourself. If someone hasn’t told you this today- you’re doing a really good job as a mom.” That phrase has stuck with me for a while, and I remind myself of it often! Because motherhood, business, and health all come in seasons. Some are fast-paced and full; others are slower and more inward.
What to Expect Moving Forward
I’m not going anywhere, just creating more intentional rhythm and breathing room. πΏ
